人在江湖中，谁人不带刀。每个人手里都拿着把双刃剑，一刃是鼓励，一刃是打击，都可以相当的锋利，都可以相当的钝，因为剑牌不一样，但是人人都配双刃剑。慎哉！

Dealing with the millsⅠ

When I visiting the mills, I must learn what i must learn, see I should see, understanding what's exactly behind the dates they offering. And never forget my record and note about the travel.

When I want to cooperate with the mill, should find the right person to contact regularly. If the contact person is not enough, i would keep another person in the contact list.

When we are in the the process, sharing in mutual way is the key.Not everyone like sharing, but there would be always the way by yourself, or the cooperation is temporarily. Both party should sharing the interest, information, future and ect.  Asymmetric play the role as the injustice God in the trade and all business, while sharing of interest would drive the process continuable. We are always in short of the source to sharing with the partners, and there are two solutions to create the source. One is fraudulence, and the other is using the imaging and illusion, which both using the asymmetric of information, knowledge, values and etc. However the asymmetric be the double-edged sword, which can hurt the sharing itself. Asymmetric is easily and frequently been used in all business, but there is the art to managr the risk of loss in future. As an analogy we borrow money from the bank or somebody, you should managing the money in good condition to avoid the credit crisis. So you'd better sharing with your partner the imaging source which is realizable in certain time, that's "financing the source from tomorrow". Of course, competing with others we should coexist with the low level of credit in China market to avoid lending too much too :). Now we using the asymmetric to create the sourcing by making imaging and illusion to customers, but we don't care, which is dangerous. Yes, we always needn't to pay the cost for this, and get better profit. But i would keep this in my debt list in the desks to get ready for some debtors outside the door someday. Our spirit loss and hardworking can pay some debts back, and don't undervalue one's intelligence to create the worth. Also I never ignore invisible in the business.

When we laying the order to the mill, there should be person to be responsible for watching and carrying out. And if there is some information should been known by the right person, i must make sure he is informed in advance and would keep them reminding each other in the process. According to the managing of manufacturing in the mill, we can choose the efficiency or thorough performance in the process. If there is one person capable and careful enough in the mill, we should give our respect to his authority to practise the order efficient. If there is decentralized management and there is no one responsible enough, we should do more work, like knowing the sector principal to make the order is understood and practised by the mill better.
